Teacher Assistant

Teacher Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
-Assist with christian-based child care and education

- Provide support to students with special needs
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist in classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Support students in their academic and social development
- Assist with record keeping and documentation of student progress
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as needed
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Qualifications :
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to walk, sit, stand, and get on the ground with the children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children learn and grow

-Must be able to walk, sit, stand, move on floor, and carry 30lbs.

The ideal candidate will have childcare experience, be kind, friendly and a team player. Excellent attendance is a must!

Flexible working hours between 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
