Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. This position is a typical 10-month employment. There are also no additional benefits involved.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, and social studies.
• Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies.
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparations.
• Provide individualized support and tutoring to students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop tailored educational plans for students with autism or other learning differences.
• Mentor new teachers and assist in curriculum development initiatives to improve teaching practices across the school.
• Subjects will vary
• Bible class is a requirement to teach

Experience

• Prior classroom experience in high school education is essential, with a preference for private school or Montessori settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education techniques.
• Experience working with children with diverse needs, including behavior management strategies and working with individuals with autism.
• Familiarity with standardized testing procedures
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $29,920.00 - $35,200.00 per year
