The English faculty is responsible for teaching English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills relevant to PSC examinations. The role involves simplifying complex language concepts, guiding students through question patterns, and helping them master both objective and descriptive sections of the exam.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach topics like grammar, sentence correction, synonyms/antonyms, comprehension, and usage.
• Conduct regular mock tests, quizzes, and practice sessions.
• Explain past PSC question papers and exam trends.
• Develop concise and effective study materials and notes.
• Guide students on time management and accuracy in language-based questions.
• Provide personal feedback and remedial sessions for weaker students.
• Coordinate with the content team for preparation of test series and question banks.
• Stay updated with PSC syllabus and exam pattern changes.

2. Political Science / Polity Faculty – PSC CoachingJob Description:

The Political Science or Indian Polity faculty is responsible for teaching topics related to the Indian Constitution, governance, public administration, and current political developments. The faculty ensures conceptual clarity and exam-oriented preparation for both preliminary and main PSC exams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach key topics such as the Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Parliament, Judiciary, Local Governance, and Political Theories.
• Simplify complex concepts using real-life examples and current affairs.
• Prepare and update class notes, PPTs, and question banks.
• Conduct topic-wise and full-length tests based on PSC patterns.
• Analyze and explain previous year PSC polity questions.
• Engage students through interactive discussions and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Support in preparing online/offline study materials and recorded lectures.
• Keep updated with constitutional amendments, government schemes, and political developments relevant to exams.
