Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher for our Infant Room to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional skills.
  • Provide attentive toddler care by creating a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
  • Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and engagement among children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles, physical education, and early intervention strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about each child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through clear and positive updates.
  • Support children with special needs by integrating individualized strategies into daily routines and activities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of children's developmental progress and participate in ongoing training related to childhood development, standardized testing, and child welfare practices.

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education methods such as Montessori or other child-centered approaches.
  • Experience in curriculum development tailored for early learners, including literacy education and math fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children to promote positive social interactions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
  • Background in working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and implementing educational activities that support childhood development.
