Role Purpose:

By creating a stimulating and rewarding learning experience, educators can engage learners, enhance their skills, and foster a supportive environment that encourages language development and confidence in communication.
Role Accountabilities:
Teachers are responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering 25 hours of English instruction each week, ensuring lessons are tailored to diverse customer groups and accommodate various learning styles. They continuously monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage learner autonomy to support effective language development.
Collaboration with the teaching team is key in developing, evaluating, and refining English courses and materials. Additionally, teachers engage in ongoing professional development to uphold high teaching standards and promote best practices in English Language Teaching (ELT) as part of the British Council.
