Key Responsibilities:

✅ Teaching & Learning:

• Deliver lessons effectively in English medium, as per the syllabus and curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and worksheets.
• Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to make learning interesting and meaningful.
• Focus on building students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in English.
• Integrate value education and life skills into teaching.

✅ Student Development:

• Monitor and support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide extra support where required.
• Encourage discipline, good behaviour, and respect among students.

✅ Classroom Management:

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere.
• Organize classroom displays and student work to motivate learners.
• Manage student attendance, records, and ensure proper classroom decorum.

✅ Assessment & Reporting:

• Conduct regular tests, assessments, and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

✅ Parent Communication:

• Communicate regularly with parents about students’ progress and performance.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and school functions as required.

✅ School Participation:

• Participate in school activities, events, and celebrations.
• Take part in workshops, training, and professional development programs.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree (in any stream). B.Ed. is preferred.
✅ Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
✅ Prior teaching experience at the primary level preferred.
✅ Good communication and classroom management skills.
✅ Passion for teaching and working with young children.
✅ Patient, creative, and caring approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
