Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must have:
- Master’s degree in Education (e.g., Master of Education – M.Ed) OR
- Master’s degree in a subject + professional teaching qualification such as: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
- 3-5 years of teaching experience in schools, colleges, or universities.
- Experience with curriculum development, mentoring teachers, or conducting workshops.
Required Skills
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and curriculum standards.
- Classroom management and lesson planning expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach teachers effectively.
- Strong organizational and training program development skills.
- Ability to analyse teaching performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital learning tools.
Training / Certification (Preferred)
- Teacher training programs
- Instructional design
- Educational leadership
Computer Skills
· Ability to work on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver professional development workshops, training sessions, and seminars for teachers.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to teachers to improve instructional practices.
- Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Assist teachers in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and assessment strategies.
- Develop training materials, instructional guides, and educational resources.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them based on feedback and results.
- Stay updated with current educational trends, research, and teaching strategies.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
