Teacher Trainer

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have:

• Master’s degree in Education (e.g., Master of Education – M.Ed) OR
• Master’s degree in a subject + professional teaching qualification such as: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
• 3-5 years of teaching experience in schools, colleges, or universities.
• Experience with curriculum development, mentoring teachers, or conducting workshops.

Required Skills

• Strong pedagogical knowledge and curriculum standards.
• Classroom management and lesson planning expertise
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach teachers effectively.
• Strong organizational and training program development skills.
• Ability to analyse teaching performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital learning tools.

Training / Certification (Preferred)

• Teacher training programs
• Instructional design
• Educational leadership

Computer Skills

· Ability to work on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional development workshops, training sessions, and seminars for teachers.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to teachers to improve instructional practices.
• Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Assist teachers in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and assessment strategies.
• Develop training materials, instructional guides, and educational resources.
• Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them based on feedback and results.
• Stay updated with current educational trends, research, and teaching strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
