Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development: Develop training materials, resources, and curriculum guides.

2. Facilitation and Delivery: Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for teachers and educational staff.

3. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to teachers to support their implementation of newly acquired knowledge and skills in the classroom. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers on their instructional practices.

4. Evaluation and Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, observation, and other evaluation methods. Monitor and track the progress of teachers in implementing new strategies and techniques learned through training.

5. Professional Development and Collaboration: Stay current with developments in education, instructional design, and adult learning theory. Participate in professional development activities to enhance your own skills and knowledge. Collaborate with other educators, trainers, and educational experts to share best practices and resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.

- Previous experience as a teacher or educator, with a strong understanding of K-12 education systems and instructional practices.

- Proven experience designing and delivering professional development programs or workshops for educators.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with teachers and educational leaders.

Pay: ₹10,211.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month
