Teacher Training and Operations (Assistant Manager/Manager) {Gujarati Mandatory}

Training Development & Delivery

· Design and deliver training programs for teachers, HMs, and government stakeholders.

· Conduct large-group trainings across locations; ensure high-quality facilitation.

· Coordinate with experts and internal teams to update and customize training content.

Module Development

· Lead creation and improvement of training modules and materials.

· Integrate innovative pedagogy and tech-enabled learning.

Monitoring & Evaluation

· Implement M&E systems to track training impact.

· Analyse feedback/data and improve training quality.

· Conduct field observations and review sessions.

Financial Management

· Execute activities within approved budgets.

· Prepare financial reports and maintain documentation.

· Manage operational budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
