Teacher/Caregiver

Baby Bobcats has openings for full and part-time positions of Daycare Teacher/Caregiver within our center. Position: Daycare Teacher/Caregiver in all age groups Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children aged infant to school aged.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Observe and assess children's development to tailor instruction and support individual needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
• Adhere to licensing regulations and uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
