Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and classroom management, with experience working with children across various age groups. Teachers will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and social development. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to diverse learning needs, including literacy, math, physical education, and special education programs.
- Design engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and social skills.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress through observations, standardized testing, and formative assessments; adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Support early intervention initiatives and provide individualized support for students with special needs or developmental delays.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through clear communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral incidents in compliance with school policies.
- Incorporate diverse teaching strategies such as Montessori methods or other specialized approaches to enhance student engagement.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational best practices and curriculum standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; additional certifications in early childhood or special education preferred.
- Proven experience working with children in classroom settings, including preschool, daycare, or private school environments.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment tools including standardized testing.
- Experience with literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and tutoring is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and diverse learning styles.
- Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
