My School, Tirur, a progressive CBSE-affiliated institution dedicated to holistic education and academic excellence, invites applications from qualified, passionate, and experienced teachers for all subjects at the Primary Teacher (PRT) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) levels. The ideal candidates should be committed to student-centered learning and capable of delivering high-quality education aligned with CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
• Teach assigned subjects effectively, ensuring conceptual clarity and academic progress among students.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, activities, and educational resources to address diverse learning needs.
• Assess and evaluate students through examinations, assignments, projects, and continuous assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and classroom discipline.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports holistic development.
• Participate actively in school activities, meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• PRT: Graduate with relevant subject specialization
• TGT: Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant subject specialization
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory
• Teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply

Skills Required

• Strong subject knowledge
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Student-friendly and adaptable teaching approach
• Ability to integrate technology in teaching

Salary Package

• TGT: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• PRT: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience)
