Established in 2021, envisioned and created by professionals in business, philanthropy and education with the belief that formal education should start at the age of 3, Trust Early Learners is a school with the goal of creating and modeling high-quality education Pre-K K. TEL has created and is scaling an educator-led and student-centered, play-based program model called IntendED. IntendED integrates important foundations in content, critical thinking, organizational skills and social competency. Trust Early Learners environment is intentionally designed to inspire foundational learning for children ages 3 to 6 and to support Educators in their impact on children.QualificationsSuccessful candidates will be experienced, flexible, hard-working, well organized, professional, and dependable; have strong classroom management skills, verbal, and written communication skills; be able to function in a cooperative teaching and adult learning environment and work collaboratively with other educators and administrators in our community.
BA/BS or higher required. Certification from the MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) required.
