Job Summary
We are seeking a nurturing, dedicated and enthusiastic caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves following lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.

Duties

• Implement lesson plans that promote early childhood education and align with developmental milestones.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to encourage open communication.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning and exploration.

Skills

• Strong background in early childhood education with experience preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, nannying, or babysitting.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively while promoting positive behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
