Teaching Assistant for Nursery (Female Only)

A new premium nursery opening soon in Abu Dhabi is seeking caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (Female Only) to join our dedicated early years team.

The ideal candidates will be nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, creative, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and maintaining an organized, welcoming learning environment.
• Supervise children to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and active participation.
• Help implement the EYFS or other early years curriculum through play and exploration.
• Provide individual attention to children’s needs, including assisting with meals, hygiene, and transitions.
• Communicate effectively and positively with colleagues, children, and parents.
• Support the teacher in observing and documenting children’s progress.
• Participate in nursery events, meetings, and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 2 or 3, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in an early years or nursery setting (UAE experience preferred).
• Warm, caring, and energetic personality with a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Female candidates only (as per role requirements).
