Role Purpose:


As a Creative Team Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication flows effectively between the team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:


Project Management

  • Organize and prioritize tasks and projects using tools like Jira. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
  • Assign work to team members based on skills, workload, and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or issues and resolve them proactively.


Communication and Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments or stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure project requirements and feedback are understood by all.
  • Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.


Resource Management

  • Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed.
  • Address any resource-related challenges by coordinating with the manager.
  • Track and manage team capacity to prevent overloading or underutilization.


Quality Assurance

  • Review deliverables to ensure they meet project standards and brand guidelines before submission.
  • Track revisions and feedback loops to maintain efficiency and quality consistency. Collaborate with the creative manager to uphold the vision and goals of the team.
  • Support internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team workshops by organizing logistics and maintaining notes or summaries.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows for better efficiency.
  • Optimize ticketing and tracking systems to improve task management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.


Team Support and Development

  • Support team members with relevant tools or suggest training if needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.


Reporting and Metrics

  • Track and report on project progress, timelines, team capacity, and productivity metrics to your manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and upcoming deliverables.

Qualification

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized, tracked, and completed on schedule.
  • Be proactive in identifying and solving challenges before they impact the project.
  • Consistently ensure that all creative projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
