Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in requirements review validation activities test case reviews and user acceptance testing for functionality developed by the Program
• Manages functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle through closure
• Provides technical incident service request Demand request Change request and problem tickets management oversight and prioritization
• Provides major incident oversight and communicates status to the business in a timely manner
• Oversees SLA compliance for all workloads and re prioritizes tickets if necessary
• Analyzes batch failures errors and summarize findings in reports to the business
• Advises and assists L2 resources as needed
• Conducts analyses of lifecycle work performed by Product Management Team and IT to identify design flaws and realize process efficiencies

Additional Responsibilities:

• Any Graduate Post Graduate in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics Finance Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large business system environment performing business analysis and project systems management PS
• Map define Project Systems org elements Key data structure Master data to meet user requirement
• Understanding of the integration with various modules FI CO MM PP SD HR in relation to PS
• Tools LSMW BDC etc

• Knowledge on Integration of SAP Project Systems with other modules i

• SAP FICO SAP SD SAP MM
• Good experience with SAP Project Systems production support with end to end process knowledge on SAP Project System
• Good configuration knowledge of Project System structures WBS standard structures user status profiles and Master Data
• Knowledge on Cost Revenue planning and budgeting
• Good to have knowledge on PS CATS integration
• Good exposure on interaction with business users
• Ready to work round the clock if the situation demands
• Must be proficient in handling Issues from support functions
• Good communication problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently without supervision and deliver results
• SAP certification preferred but not a must
