Team Lead Administration

Administration & Facility Management

  • Lead overall factory and corporate administration operations.
  • Ensure effective management of housekeeping, sanitation, landscaping, utilities, and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee vendor management, civil works, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
  • Drive implementation of 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Security & Vigilance

  • Manage security operations, surveillance systems, and access control.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and conduct regular audits and inspections.
  • Supervise security staff performance and risk mitigation activities.
  • Monitor CCTV operations and coordinate maintenance of surveillance systems.

Protocol, Events & Hospitality

  • Manage VIP visits, OEM delegations, corporate events, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics, accommodation, travel, and protocol requirements.
  • Organize director-level corporate and personal events.

Travel & Logistics

  • Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements including visas, hotel bookings, and air ticketing.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics for directors and employees.

Compliance & Government Liaison

  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate ISO audit preparations and compliance activities.

Asset & Welfare Management

  • Manage company assets including vehicles, security equipment, and firefighting systems.
  • Supervise dispensary operations, employee welfare services, and procurement activities.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including security, housekeeping, office support staff, and welfare personnel.
  • Ensure high standards of discipline, performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with HR on employee engagement, policy implementation, and disciplinary matters.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
  • Master's Degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) in Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in Administration & Facility Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing security operations, surveillance systems, government liaison, and multi-site administration.
  • Experience handling senior management/directors' protocols and confidential matters.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
