ob Title: Cost Analyst – Sheet Metal / Machining

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cost Analyst to support and qualify cost estimations for commodities such as sheet metal, machining (cast, forged, stock), and pipe & tube. The role involves working independently and in collaboration with offshore teams, while also managing technical and operational support when required.

Responsibilities:

• Support and validate cost estimations for various commodities
• Perform cost analysis for engineering changes, supplier quote reviews, and benchmarking
• Liaise with offshore teams and represent CE services in customer meetings
• Drive cost saving and VA/VE initiatives
• Manage coordination, work allocation, and KPI metrics as needed

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in Auto Ancillary, OEM, Agriculture, Construction Equipment, or Engineering Services industries
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, sheet metal, casting, forging, welding, surface & heat treatments
• Skilled in machine selection, cycle time calculation, and cost estimation methods
• Familiarity with costing tools such as Costimator, aPriori, Hyperlean, etc.
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
• BE (Mechanical/Production) or Diploma (Mechanical/Production)
