Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage a team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, ensuring targets are achieved, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of customer service agents.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and maintain productivity reports.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and campaign guidelines.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain team motivation and a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead in the BPO/Call Center industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage team targets and performance metrics.
- Experience with team coaching, reporting, and call monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Education
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
