Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage a team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, ensuring targets are achieved, and maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service agents.
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and maintain productivity reports.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and campaign guidelines.
  • Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain team motivation and a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead in the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage team targets and performance metrics.
  • Experience with team coaching, reporting, and call monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Education

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
