Team Lead Business Automation

We are hiring a Team Lead – Business Automation (BA) for our Islamabad office. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, leading sales and pre-sales activities, and managing customer engagement across multiple sectors. Responsibilities include handling RFQs, BOQs, commercial proposals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring delivery of integrated BA solutions such as ACS, HRMS, and Visitor Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with principals/vendors, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with technical, supply chain, IT, and project teams for seamless execution. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering is required, along with 5–7 years of experience in BA sales, pre-sales, or solution selling.
