About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Commercial Advisory & Transactions to join

our Commercial Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of relevant

experience, with a strong track record in office leasing, transaction management, and team

leadership. This role involves both individual revenue generation and leading a team to achieve

business goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Achieve individual and team revenue targets through office leasing and transaction

management.

● Source new business opportunities by mapping client needs and providing end-to-end

space solutions.

● Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, HNI/UHNI clients, developers, and

landowners.

● Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through meetings, networking, site visits, and

industry events.

● Lead and manage a team of high-performing individuals, driving a culture of

accountability and excellence.

● Support team members in business development and deal closures, while challenging

underperformance.

● Represent Savills at conferences, events, and client meetings to strengthen brand

presence.

● Prepare marketing collaterals such as proposals, presentations, and market overviews.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Proven expertise in office leasing with minimum 7 years of hands-on experience.

● Strong business development skills with ability to leverage networks and generate leads.

● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

● Strong negotiation, deal closure, and client relationship management skills.

● Ability to manage and motivate teams, fostering high performance.

● Strong analytical and financial acumen.

● Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

● Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset with multitasking ability.

Eligibility Criteria

● Postgraduate degree in Sales/Marketing.

● 10–15 years of overall experience, preferably in the Real Estate (IPCs strongly

preferred).

● Experience in client-facing roles and proven track record in sales/service industry.

● Stable career history with strong client-facing personality.

● Based in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon (local candidates preferred).

Additional Information

● Mandatory: Team leading experience, excellent communication, stable career history.

● Preferred Background: Candidates from International Property Consultants (IPCs).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
