Team Lead Data Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyse, and
• Prioritize requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain data, ensuring real-time accuracy and generating monitoring reports with actionable insights using Power BI, SQL, Report Builder, and support throughout the development lifecycle, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
• Integrate business process with SAP workflows, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and conduct SAP awareness and end-user training, authorizations and stored procedures in SAP B1 to ensure data securityand integrity.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, providing clarifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases and applications
• Experience in data management, master data governance, and reporting
• Prior experience in the Retail or Manufacturing industry is mandatory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
