Team Lead Escort - Clinical Support - Days - FT

Job Summary:
Oversees the escorts personnel and the daily operations of patient escort services. Greet, escort and assist customers in a highly personalized and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in working with the general public using customer relations skills. Previous experience in handling ill patients to and from vehicles, seated positions, and wheelchairs.

Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to motivate and lead a team. Ability to communicate decisions and resolve conflict. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Able to interact appropriately with a diverse population of customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service approach. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
