With our growing network infrastructure, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our technical operations team and lead on-ground fiber deployment and maintenance activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead – Fiber Optic Operations to supervise and manage a team responsible for the installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fiber optic operations and demonstrate strong leadership and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of fiber optic helpers and riggers in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Plan, assign, and monitor tasks related to fiber installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Fiber Manager regarding ongoing operational issues, new link deployments, and progress updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated fiber optic issues efficiently and ensure timely deployment of new links.
• Ensure proper maintenance, availability, and functionality of fiber-related materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma related field; additional certifications in fiber optics will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge and practical use of OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer), power meter, splicing machines, and other fiber testing tools.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a field team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work across teams and with management.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
