Salary Range: PKR 37,000 – 45,000

Job Description:

• Daily monitoring, reporting, and execution of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and GPON (OSP/ISP) projects
• Monitor transport network on NMS (Network Management System)
• Intimate concerned staff regarding alarms on Transport NEs
• Coordinate with FMC & field staff for troubleshooting fiber faults (cuts, patch cords & section losses)
• Perform testing with Optical Power Meter, Laser Source, E1 Tester & OTDR for transport network fault troubleshooting
• Maintain records of services (E1, FE, GE, 10G, 100G) in Transport Network
• Coordinate with vendors & executive staff for hardware failure issues of Transport, DSLAM & corporate NEs
• Clean filters & FAN modules of Transport & DSLAM NEs as per PMR schedule
• Coordinate with power plant team for AC unit operations to maintain equipment room temperature
• Perform patching & laying of fiber patch cords, E1 & FE cables on ODF, DDF, systems & fiber runways in equipment room

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
