Trainee Network Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Network Engineer who is passionate about building a career in network engineering. Selected candidates will go through a 2-month structured training program covering network fundamentals, hands-on labs, and exposure to enterprise systems. After successful completion, candidates will be offered a full-time role on probation with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
• Support troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues under supervision.
• Assist in monitoring network performance and security using standard tools.
• Document network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to support IT infrastructure and internal projects.
• Stay updated on networking technologies and best practices.

Requirements:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged).
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing & switching concepts.
• Familiarity with networking devices (Cisco/Juniper/MikroTik etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security fundamentals preferred.
• Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, HCIA) will be a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
