Accounting Functions

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Manage compliance with taxation, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for business decisions.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in line with company standards.

Recovery & Receivables Management

• Lead the recovery team to achieve monthly and annual collection targets.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, payment defaults, and subscription renewals.
• Develop and execute recovery strategies for overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to resolve client payment disputes.
• Maintain accurate aging reports and track Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Strengthen client relationships while ensuring adherence to payment terms.
• Provide periodic recovery performance reports and recommend improvements
