Team Lead - Inside Sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or final semester student) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of B2B or recruitment service sales experience, including 1+ year in a team leadership role.
• Strong consultative selling skills and proven objection-handling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a high-performing, target-driven sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition sales is highly preferred.
