Team Lead Operations (Sales)
- Be in charge of running and managing the call center/telemarketing team, daily.
- Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members.
- Monitor calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Conduct regular reviews of agents’ performance and organize training sessions for underperformers.
- Submit regular daily sales reports (DSRs) to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve / increase / boost the number of daily sales / transfers.
- Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, professional, and harmonious working environment for all other team members.
