Team Lead Outbound Sales (USA Campaign)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Team Lead / Supervisor to manage a team of Cold Calling Agents working on a USA-based appointment-setting campaign in the medical and aesthetic services niche. The ideal candidate has experience managing sales reps in a fast-paced call center environment and understands how to drive performance through leadership, quality control, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5–10 cold calling agents focused on outbound appointment setting
  • Supervise daily operations: attendance, performance, lead assignment, call quality
  • Monitor KPIs: calls/day, appointments booked, show-up rate, demo attendance
  • Conduct QA reviews, call monitoring, and coaching sessions
  • Provide training and onboarding for new agents
  • Submit daily and weekly reports to Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to improve scripts and delivery

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of BPO/call center experience (Outbound Sales or Cold Calling)
  • 1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience in sales campaigns
  • Strong English communication (verbal + written)
  • Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), dialers (CloudTalk, VICIdial), and reporting tools
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skillsPreferred Skills
  • Experience in medical, dental, or high-ticket service sales is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Smartlead, GHL, Apollo, or Clay
  • Performance-driven mindset with ability to hit strict KPIs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
