Team Lead Planning - Site Based

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Planning with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including strong experience with ADNOC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning team, developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project planning team at the site.
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and schedule analysis.
• Review contractor schedules and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support project management in planning, resource allocation, and project control activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in planning within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Mandatory experience working on ADNOC projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience in site-based project planning and execution.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience leading a planning team on large-scale EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
