Team Lead – Project will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of engineering and design projects. This role involves planning, execution, technical coordination, and performance monitoring of all project activities — ensuring that timelines, quality, and budget objectives are achieved. The Team Lead acts as the bridge between technical teams, management, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery in coordination with VP Design.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality requirements.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate activities of project engineers, designers, and support staff.
  • Provide task assignments, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment focused on results.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training or mentoring to enhance team capabilities.

Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and QA teams for seamless project execution.
  • Support technical reviews, design validation, and testing processes.
  • Ensure design and engineering outputs align with customer requirements and technical specifications.
  • Manage configuration control, version tracking, and documentation of project deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • 1-2 years of experience in project execution and engineering design environments.
  • Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PMP certification.
  • Experience in imaging systems, embedded systems, or product development.
  • Familiarity with ERP or PLM systems for project tracking and resource planning.
  • Experience with risk management and design review processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
