Team Lead Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead with 3 months–1 year experience in Discord or Twitch sales. The role involves managing a team, driving sales, and ensuring performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives focused on Discord and/or Twitch sales.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales performance across digital platforms.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistent results.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with management to set sales goals and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months – 1 year of proven sales experience on Discord or Twitch
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: Competitive monthly salary (discussed during interview).
• Commission Structure:
• 20% commission on your own sales.
• 20% commission on every sale made by each team member under your leadership.
• Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
