Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary

LEDVANCE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the South Region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing distributor networks, developing key accounts, expanding market share, and leading the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, contractors, consultants, and key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand LEDVANCE product penetration in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support channel partners and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
  • Manage collections and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project consultants, architects, MEP contractors, and corporate clients for project-based sales opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs related to sales growth, market coverage, customer acquisition, and collections.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. MBA will be preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in lighting, electrical products, FMCG distribution, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales, project sales, and distributor management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs2,500,000.00 per month
