Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Fridays Off)
Probation Period: 3 months (may extend based on evaluation)

Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is seeking a mature, results-driven Team Lead – Sales to lead our immigration sales team in Lahore.

Role Overview
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum client enrollments. Ensure process compliance, proper lead handling, and drive results without micromanagement. Act as the primary point of contact between the team and management.

Eligibility & Experience
Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s preferred
Age: 30–35 years
Prior experience as a Team Lead (mandatory)
Proven sales track record with career progression into leadership roles
Immigration industry experience preferred but not mandatory

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership & people-management skills
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
Expertise in CRM systems, reporting, and sales analytics
Target-driven mindset with ability to maintain effective checks and balances
