Team Lead – Senior Architect

Timings: 10am-6pm

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Team Lead – Senior Architect to oversee architectural projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, advanced design expertise, and the ability to manage a team of architects and designers while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects, junior architects, and designers.
• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from concept design to execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review, approve, and provide feedback on design proposals and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Present design concepts and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in architecture and design.
• Valid PCATP registration (mandatory).
• Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale design projects.
