We are looking for an experienced and creative Team Lead – Social Media [3–6 years of experience in social media management] to manage end-to-end social media operations, guide a growing team, and drive performance for multiple client brands. This role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality content consistently.

You will oversee the planning, production, publishing, and performance of social content while ensuring brand alignment and measurable growth for each client.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development

  • Build monthly and quarterly social media strategies for clients across industries (IT, tech, healthcare, retail, local businesses).
  • Create platform-wise strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.
  • Set KPIs and define the content direction (themes, pillars, messaging style).

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead a team of social media executives and content creators.
  • Assign tasks, review content, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings and monthly performance check-ins.
  • Train and mentor team members on content quality, tone, reel ideation, engagement tactics, etc.
  • Maintain a strong quality bar across all deliverables.

3. Content & Creative Supervision

  • Approve captions, scripts, reels, and creative concepts before sharing with clients.
  • Plan and guide shoots (reels, testimonials, product shoots, events).
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and the creative director.

4. Client Communication & Coordination

  • Attend weekly/monthly calls with clients.
  • Present reports, insights, and next-step recommendations.
  • Ensure all client guidelines, brand tone, and expectations are met.
  • Act as the first-level escalation point for social media deliverables.

5. Publishing & Engagement

  • Oversee publishing schedule across platforms.
  • Ensure timely posting and consistency.
  • Monitor engagement and help the team craft better hooks and CTAs.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: impressions, engagement rate, reach, followers, video plays, profile visits, and conversions.
  • Analyse weekly/monthly performance and optimise strategy.
  • Provide clear insights and next action plans to clients.

7. Internal Collaboration

  • Work with SEO, Paid Ads, Design, and Content teams for campaign integration.
  • Ensure social media supports the overall digital strategy of the client.
  • Coordinate with project managers for timelines and delivery cycles.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong command over English writing, captions, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience leading a small team (interns/executives/designers).
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms and content trends.
  • Ability to review, refine, and uplift creative quality.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B/IT social media marketing.
  • Hands-on involvement in shoots (planning, scripting, direction).
  • Basic Canva/design knowledge.
  • Understanding of paid promotions for boosting content visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
