Team Lead – Structural Steel Design

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of structural steel designers and detailers.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to meet project schedules and deliverables.
• Review and approve structural steel models, drawings, and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design or detailing issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, fabrication, and erection teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in structural steel design and detailing.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Preferred

• Experience working with fabrication and erection teams.
• Experience in industrial plants, commercial buildings, or large-scale projects.
