Team Lead - Supplier Master - Ahmedabad, India

We are recruiting for Team Lead – Supplier Master for Ahmedabad, India.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality, governance and onboarding of Suppliers within the Oracle Source to Pay system. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive best practice across the Supplier lifecycle. This includes standardising, cleansing and governing Supplier information, driving high levels of data accuracy and process optimization.

The position will lead the Supplier master data and process fix intervention and address any internal audit issue requirements / findings. The position will also act as the go-to SME on Supplier data governance.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the data and process fix intervention.
• Recruit and manage new contract resource for Supplier data cleanse activities.
• Manage key activities to enable rapid data enrichment / cleanse of Supplier master data.
• Work closely with cross functional teams including ERP, Finance and data to develop solutions and drive actions to enable Supplier master cleanse
• Monitor and report progress on a timely manner to key stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier data accuracy, onboarding , and compliance metrics.
• Oversee full Supplier onboarding lifecycle: qualification, risk screening, financial and security checks
• Act as gatekeeper and SME for any onboarding platforms I supplier etc
• Ensure Supplier master data aligns with spend analytics requirements.
• Train and guide team members and stakeholders on supplier data standards and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier queries and escalations.

• Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years in supplier master data management role.

• Strong understanding of supplier master data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong understanding and exposure to data management systems and enterprise solutions

• Experience with data governance and MDM tools and technologies.
