Team Lead – Supply Chain Management

About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, efficient, and highly organized Supply Chain Management Team Lead to oversee and streamline end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, ensuring smooth procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the supply chain team to ensure timely execution of daily tasks.
- Manage procurement cycles, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability across all departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Production, Admin, Finance) for smooth supply flow.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock usage.
- Forecast supply needs based on hiring, production plans, and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain software.
- Sharp attention to detail with a high level of efficiency and accountability.
- Leadership qualities and ability to supervise a team effectively.
