Team Lead – Website & Mobile Application Process (Voice Process | Day Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead to manage the Website & Mobile Application Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who handle client communication, requirement gathering, project coordination, and delivery for website and mobile app development projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and experience in handling both operations and client interaction.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to international client communication (especially US, UK, or Australian clients).
• Knowledge of SEO, ASO, and digital marketing principles.
• Experience in quality monitoring and call evaluation.

Pay: ₹156,167.13 - ₹393,201.09 per year
