As a technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead team to Develop mobile & web apps (React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Next.js, etc.) providing technical guidance, feedback and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain Android/iOS applications
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.
• Integrate AI models (LLMs, GenAI, APIs) into apps for real-world use cases.
• Work with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, APIs) to streamline business workflows.
• Implementing best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team.
• Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation.
• Test and debug applications before delivery
• Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or a similar role in App development.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Understanding of AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases (Firebase, SQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in mobile app development (Android/iOS or cross-platform)
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Swift, React Native, or Flutter)
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Lead the planning, design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Previous project portfolio is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred

• Prior experience in AI-driven apps.
• Knowledge of automation & multi-agent systems.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
