About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead and mentor our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, driving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop new agents to ensure consistent performance.
• Oversee daily operations, monitor market trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and sales coaching sessions.
• Manage property listings, marketing, and negotiations to close successful deals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE real estate (brokerage or sales leadership).
• Proven success in leading a sales team within the real estate sector.
• RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, developers, and current market trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
