About the Role


We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Sports Division. The role is responsible for driving sales through the performance and development of the store sales team while ensuring exceptional operational, commercial, and customer service standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support in delivering the store’s annual sales targets.
  • Maintain proper coverage and scheduling to ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with standard operating policies.
  • Oversee after-sales processes and ensure adherence to repair/return policies.
  • Ensure customer needs are met, complaints resolved, and service standards maintained.
  • Achieve visual merchandising standards and ensure product display aligns with brand policy.
  • Monitor promotions and pricing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to maximize stock potential.
  • Execute store operations including cash handling, inventory management, and record keeping.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards and compliance with fraud/theft policies.
  • Manage inventory movements, discrepancies, and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and upkeep to company standards.
  • Lead and coach the team, define goals, and drive performance management.
  • Foster a culture of feedback, mentoring, and continuous development.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage operations, inventory, and team performance effectively.
