Team Leader

Responsible for supervising kitchen staff and ensuring food preparation and service meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards. This role supports the Store Manager or Supervisor in daily operations, team coordination, and maintaining an efficient, clean, and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during shifts

•Assign food preparation tasks and ensure timely service

•Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are followed

•Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

•Train new kitchen staff on recipes, procedures, and safety standards

•Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen planning

•Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

•Monitor inventory, minimize food waste, and report shortages

•Address minor staff issues and escalate concerns to management

•Maintaining kitchen efficiency and morale
