Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and proactive Team Leader for our Operations team in the kids' events and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role within the same industry, possessing a strong ability to oversee the day-to-day operations while ensuring smooth and seamless execution of events for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support a team of operational staff to deliver exceptional events, entertainment, and experiences for children.
Oversee all aspects of event operations, including coordination, logistics, setup, execution, and breakdown.
Maintain strong communication with event coordinators, entertainment staff, clients, and vendors to ensure the smooth flow of operations before, during, and after events.
Monitor and assess the performance of the operations team, providing ongoing training, feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
Manage the scheduling, allocation, and resource planning to ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Ensure that all health and safety standards and child welfare guidelines are strictly followed during events.
Handle troubleshooting and resolve any operational issues that arise during events, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal disruptions.
Support the management team in developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest quality service.
Assist in the preparation and management of event budgets, ensuring that events are executed within allocated financial resources.
Maintain inventory of event materials and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (Team Leader, Operations Coordinator, Event Supervisor, etc.) within the kids’ events, entertainment, or related industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to problem-solve and think quickly under pressure, particularly in dynamic event settings or customer-facing operations..
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to children’s events and entertainment.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Passion for working in the kids’ entertainment or events industry is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
