Job Description

  • Maintain full understanding across all AXA products and services, markettrends,opportunities andcompetitive
  • Ensureagents adherencetothesetKPIsand
  • Guarantee that each agent pursues all their assigned leadsandreferralsthroughefficienttime
  • Receive feedback from agents for all customer facing appointments
  • Set objectives for each agent while providing year-round

  • Analyze sales statistics and generate reports to the line manager that can beusedfor

  • Perform regular meetings and follow up with the assigned team of agents.

  • Maintain a health portfolio by achieving the expected persistency andrenewalrates set.

Skills Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experiences
  • One-year in sales management is a plus
  • Good linguistic skills
  • Good people management skills.

  • Very good written and verbal
  • Excellent use of Microsoft
