· Leading and supervising civil maintenance and repair teams

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards

· Liaising with clients and stakeholders for project requirements

· Providing technical guidance and support to team members

· Conducting regular inspections and audits of civil structures and facilities

· Troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective measures

· Ensuring proper documentation of civil activities

· Training and mentoring civil technicians

· Assisting in budgeting and resource allocation for civil projects
