Team Leader – Designer Operator (Printing Industry)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: QAR 2,500
• Allowance: QAR 500 during the first 6 months (probation & training period)
• Additional Allowance: QAR 500 after successful completion of 6 months probation

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Designer Operator (Male) to lead the design and production team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing production files, operating advanced machines, and managing workflow, materials, staff, and quality control within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production-ready design files
• Operate large format printing machines (3.2m & 5m)
• Operate CNC and laser machines
• Lead and control all job workflows within the department
• Manage material stock and coordinate usage
• Supervise and guide department staff
• Ensure output quality control and timely delivery

Requirements:

• Male candidate
• Strong knowledge of Adobe software, SketchUp, and other designing tools
• Proven experience in large format printing, CNC, and laser machine operations
• Leadership experience in managing production teams
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
